The People Behind the Yatra
Every itinerary, every guide, every piece of content on this site comes from people who have spent years on these routes.
Retired Indian Army Officer. Founded Shiv Ganga Travels in 2010 after years of military posting across Uttarakhand. Has personally driven the Kedarnath and Badrinath routes hundreds of times.
Manages day-to-day operations and handles all yatra content. Has accompanied pilgrim groups on the full Char Dham circuit since 2015. Coordinates 500+ pilgrim groups annually and writes from direct field experience.
For any complaint, service concern, or feedback about your yatra, Pragati is your direct point of contact and ensures every grievance is acknowledged within 24 hours. She also leads the content and guides published across this site.
