Who this itinerary is for
Every other package on this site starts in Haridwar; this one picks you up at Kashmiri Gate or Majnu Ka Tila and puts you on an overnight Volvo, so Day 1 is spent asleep on the bus and Day 2 is a rest day in Haridwar with the evening aarti. From Day 3 the route is the standard Char Dham circuit — Barkot, Uttarkashi, Guptkashi, Kedarnath, Badrinath — compressed slightly (Gangotri is done on the Barkot-to-Uttarkashi day) and finishing with a night in Rishikesh before the bus back to Delhi. The ₹17,200 fare against ₹13,900 for the Haridwar 9N/10D is the Delhi transfer both ways, the extra night and the AC Tempo Traveller for the hills. It is a fixed-date group departure, so you travel with 15 to 50 other pilgrims rather than in a private car; that keeps the price down and suits solo travellers and couples. If you would rather have door pickup in Noida or Gurugram, say so when you book — we can send a car for the Delhi leg.

Our 10N/11D group package from Delhi starts at ₹17,200 per person — that includes the overnight Volvo from Delhi to Haridwar, AC Tempo Traveller for the whole yatra, hotels, daily breakfast and dinner, guide and registration. A private car version (Innova Crysta, your own family only) runs roughly ₹32,000–₹33,800 per person depending on hotel tier. Direct rates, no agent commission.
Roughly 220–240 km depending on your pickup point, about 5–6 hours by road via the Delhi–Dehradun Expressway. We run it overnight on a Volvo so you sleep through the journey and arrive fresh at 6 AM, saving a full daytime leg.
Yes. Tell us and we send a private AC car (Innova Crysta or Ertiga) to your Delhi/Noida/Gurugram address, drive you to Haridwar, and the same vehicle stays with you for the full yatra. It costs more than the Volvo group option but gives you door pickup, your own pace and no co-passengers.
By train: take any Delhi–Haridwar service (Shatabdi, Jan Shatabdi, Mussoorie Express) and we receive you at Haridwar station — we adjust the package to a 9N/10D ex-Haridwar plan. By helicopter: there is no chopper from Delhi itself; the Char Dham helicopter circuit departs from Dehradun (Sahastradhara helipad), so we drive or fly you to Dehradun and start the 5N/6D heli yatra there.
Standard boarding is Kashmiri Gate ISBT or Majnu Ka Tila for the Volvo. For the private car option we pick up from any home address across Delhi NCR — Noida, Greater Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ghaziabad included, usually for no extra charge within NCR.
IRCTC sells fixed-date rail/road group tours through their portal with set departures and large groups. We are the operator on the ground in Haridwar — flexible dates, smaller groups, a customisable itinerary, and direct contact with the team running your trip. Our equivalent tier usually costs less because you are not paying a booking layer on top.
Yes. Every traveller must register on the Uttarakhand Tourist Care portal before darshan. Send us your photo and ID and we complete it for you, then hand over the QR slips when you reach Haridwar — you do not need to deal with the government site yourself.
Yamunotri and Gangotri open April 19 (Akshaya Tritiya), Kedarnath April 22, Badrinath April 23. The shrines close in the second week of November. May–June and September–October are the most comfortable windows from Delhi.

Dates and registration
Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath are open between 19 April 2026 and ~13 Nov 2026; each dham's kapat dates differ by a few days. Registration is compulsory and free, and we complete it for every guest on this package — see the registration guide and the closing dates if you are booking late in the season.
